Introduced with the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Amendment (Regulatory Powers and Other Measures) Bill 2014, the bill amends the
Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Regulatory Levies) Act 2003
to: provide for the environment plan levy to be imposed on the submission of an environment plan by an applicant for a petroleum access authority, petroleum special prospecting authority, pipeline licence, greenhouse gas special authority or greenhouse gas search authority; and ensure that the annual titles administration levy is imposed for a year of the term of a title, even if the title does not remain in force for the full year.
